In Executive Search projects, I work with the highest level of trust and discretion with clients and candidates. I have been building my network of contacts and business relationships in the private equity and venture capital industry for more than 20 years, when I started my professional career at the fund.
I expanded my industry expertise into fintech, green energy, IT, e-commerce and the start'up environment. I also work for portfolio companies sourcing the best people in the industry using my relationships as well as the direct search method.

In assessment projects I use world-class tools from the British market available in many languages. I work with clients from Europe as well as from the United States. This diagnostics allows to examine the candidate's competencies, accurately identify strengths as well as risks of mismatch with the organizational culture and company strategy.
On the basis of the assessment I can accurately determine the preferred leadership style, teamwork preferences as well as the natural operating style in the professional environment.
I have been working with diagnostics for over 15 years. I have had the pleasure of implementing several methodologies into the Polish market and training people in using this knowledge in recruitment and development.

When I worked at Michael Page 20 years ago, I met candidates at the beginning of their career path. Today most of them are managing companies or holding senior positions in multinational corporations. I know their stories, their needs and what kind of candidates they are looking for. I also know the people I recommend for specific positions, I have a relationships with them and can connect the needs of both sides.
